Thank you for receiving the news of our reset with such kindness and grace. As you can imagine, we were shook - for so many reasons.

Would we still have a business?

What would you think?

Would you still believe in us?

But, we are so happy that we took a step backward to be able to move forward.

It’s been just over two months and so much has changed.

We’re back with a new website and a better customer experience. We’ve

evaluated our processes to ensure that they are all streamlined. We have a new returns centre, a new quality control team, a new garment technologist, potentially a new HQ that you’ll be able to visit soon (fingers crossed), and we’ve been able to begin burnout recovery.

If you’re new to Kai, you may not know that we only have one sale a year. This year, it only makes sense for us to make up for our absence by doing it BIG. Bigger than ever. And we have surprises coming. To start with, we’re launching a brand new print Hera which we hope you’ll LOVE.

And yes, even this new drop is part of the sale. We’ve never put a new product into the sale before. We’ve never needed to. But you deserve. Thank you for sticking with us, the wait is finally over.

Few brands get to enjoy a community such as the one we have built together. And for this, we are very grateful.
