Care

• When the bag is not in use, it should be placed in it's dust bag, zipped up and the handles should not be bent or deformed. 
• Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light, heat and humidity.
• Avoid extended contact with light-coloured clothing or accessories, as colour transfer may occur.
• To clean, gently wipe the surface with a soft, clean cloth lightly dampened with fresh water, then follow with a dry cloth. Allow the bag to air dry naturally for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools, as they may damage the delicate suede finish.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate that it will take;

• 2-3 working days for UK delivery
• 2-5 working days for US delivery
• 4-7 working days for Canada delivery
• 4-5 working days for all other destinations.

Domestic UK orders are shipped via DPD, US & Canada orders are shipped via UPS and all other international orders via DHL/FedEx.

Returns

Merchandise is accepted for refund if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it. We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
