Care

• When the bag is not in use, it should be placed in it's dust bag, zipped up and the handles should not be bent or deformed. 
• Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light, heat and humidity. 
• Leather can stretch - avoid overfilling our bag to maintain it's original shape. 
• To clean your leather bag we recommend using a soft clean cloth dampened with fresh water, then wipe with a dry cloth. Leave the bag for 24-48 hours to dry.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools that could scratch or damage the surface. 

Delivery

Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate that it will take 1-2 working days for UK delivery and 3-5 working days for all other destinations. Domestic UK orders are shipped via DPD and all international orders via DHL.

Returns

Merchandise is accepted for refund if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it. We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
