SHIPPING
All KAI deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.
Each order will arrive in our beautiful cotton tote bags, each made with individual quotes to add an extra piece of joy to your Kai purchase. These come in two sizes to accommodate for the size of your order. They will be packed in a black mailing bag to ensure your order is kept secure.
Domestic UK orders are shipped via DPD, USA orders are shipped via UPS and all other international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Delays by our shipping partners (DPD, DHL, UPS, and FedEx) are out of our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please email us at help@kaicollective.com, and we will fix this for you.
Orders placed during new launches or sale periods could take up to 10 extra business days to be dispatched.
DPD, UPS, DHL, and FedEx has end-to-end tracking.
Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 extra business days. We’re working as fast as possible to get your order out ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate that it will take 1-2 working days for UK delivery and 3-7 working days for all other destinations. Domestic UK orders are shipped via DPD, USA orders are shipped via UPS, and all international orders via DHL or FedEx.
If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address.
Due to a new and improved warehousing solution, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate changes such as size, colour, or address adjustments.
Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
Secure Delivery & Post-Delivery Liability
To ensure you receive your order safely, please arrange to have your package delivered to a secure location or to be received in person.
Our shipping partners confirm delivery with GPS and photo proof. Once an item is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, KAI is no longer liable. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
In the unfortunate event your package is stolen from your building or property after delivery, please contact your property management or local authorities to resolve the issue.
Free UK shipping on all orders £190 or more, USA shipping on orders $250 or more, and other International shipping orders £350 or more.

EU COUNTRIES
Please note that after Brexit, all orders to EU countries are liable for customs and duties charges. This is unfortunately one of many sad realities of Brexit and completely out of our control.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of checkout.
You can now see the customs duties and taxes upfront before checkout. These charges are outlined and included in the final shipping cost.
They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. The charges are estimated and these fees vary from country to country. You are still responsible for any additional taxes and fees that may be due under the destination country law.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be returned to us. Our shipping partners (DHL or FedEx) charges a return fee for this which must be covered by the customer. If we don't hear back from the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by DHL or FedEx and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.
USA
With our current US warehouse, shipments to the USA are not liable for import duties and taxes.
You are still responsible for any U.S. taxes and fees that may be due under U.S. law.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be returned to us. UPS charges a return fee for this which must be covered by the customer. If we don't hear back from the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by UPS and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
