KAI COLLECTIVE JEANS GIVEAWAY: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     1. Promoter

The promoter is Kai Collective, Unit 2.5, 11-29 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX (“KAI” or the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents worldwide aged 18 or over.

Employees of KAI, their immediate families, agents, suppliers and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway may not enter.

No purchase is necessary.

3. Competition period

The giveaway opens when the official competition posts are published on KAI’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Entries close at 5PM BST on 18 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

To submit a standard entry, entrants must:

a. Follow @KaiCollective on the platform through which they are entering;

b. Comment on the official competition post with their favourite jeans colour using the relevant colour heart emoji as listed in the caption; and

c. Tag one friend who should enter the competition.

The tagged friend will not be automatically entered and must submit their own qualifying comment to participate.

Entrants may submit one standard entry on Instagram and one standard entry on TikTok. Entering on both platforms provides two separate chances to win.

Only the account submitting the qualifying comment will be entered into the draw.

5. Instagram Story bonus entry

Entrants may receive one additional entry by sharing the official Instagram competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging @KaiCollective before the closing time.

The Story share must be directly visible and verifiable by KAI. Story shares that cannot be viewed or verified, including shares from private accounts that are not visible to KAI, will not qualify for the bonus entry.

To receive the bonus entry, the entrant must also have submitted a valid standard entry through the official Instagram competition post.

6. Entry limits

A maximum of three entries is permitted per person:

a. One Instagram comment entry;

b. One TikTok comment entry; and

c. One verified Instagram Story-share bonus entry.

Multiple comments on the same platform will not provide additional entries.

Entries made using multiple, false or automated accounts, bots, scripts or other automated methods will be disqualified.

7. Prizes

There are four individual prize bundles available. Each winner will receive one pair of KAI jeans in an available size, together with the prizes allocated to their selected archetype.

One winner will be selected for each archetype. Four winners will be selected in total.

Each person may win a maximum of one prize bundle.

Prize colours, sizes and specifications are subject to availability. Where reasonably necessary, KAI reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. Any substitution will not materially disadvantage the winner.

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged. No cash alternative is available, except for the cash element expressly included in the Girl Building Something prize bundle.

The USD $400 cash prize will be paid in the winner’s local currency, calculated using a recognised exchange rate on the date payment is arranged. Where KAI is unable to provide the prize as physical cash in the winner’s local currency, the equivalent amount may be paid by bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method. The winner may be required to provide valid payment and identity details before the prize can be issued.

The prize brands featured are not sponsors of, affiliated with or responsible for administering this giveaway.

8. Winner selection

One winner for each archetype will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted for that archetype.

Winners will be selected using a verifiably random computer process. Reserve winners may also be drawn.

The draw will take place within 5 working days after the closing date.

9. Winner verification and notification

Provisional winners will be contacted by direct message from KAI’s official @KaiCollective account.

KAI will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide card details, passwords, PINs or security codes to claim a prize. If a bank transfer is required to fulfil the cash element of a prize, KAI may securely request the winner’s account name, account number and relevant bank-routing details. KAI will never request online-banking login information.

Before a prize is confirmed, KAI may ask a provisional winner to provide:

a. Proof of age and residency;

b. Confirmation that they were following @KaiCollective when the giveaway closed;

c. Their preferred and available jeans size;

d. Any sizing or specification information required for their prize; and

e. A delivery address and contact details.

A provisional winner must respond within 48 hours of KAI’s first direct message. KAI will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.

If a provisional winner does not respond within the stated period, cannot provide the required information, does not meet the eligibility requirements or has submitted an invalid entry, their prize may be forfeited and offered to a reserve winner selected at random.

Entrants should be alert to impersonation and scam accounts. Winner messages will only be sent by KAI’s official account.

10. Prize delivery

KAI will arrange delivery of the prizes to each confirmed winner.

Prizes will normally be delivered within 30 days of the winner providing all information reasonably required to fulfil the prize. Where an item requires sizing, restocking or additional delivery time, KAI will keep the winner informed of the expected delivery date.

KAI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any applicable customs charges, import duties or local taxes will be the responsibility of KAI.

11. Winner information

KAI must make available information showing that valid prizes were awarded.

KAI may make the surname and country or county of each winner available to anyone who contacts KAI within three months of the closing date.

Entrants may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information published be reduced. KAI may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant regulator.

12. Personal information

Personal information supplied in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes.

Information will be processed in accordance with KAI’s privacy policy and will not be used for marketing unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

KAI may share the minimum information necessary with suppliers and delivery partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prizes.

13. Disqualification

KAI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that:

a. The entrant has breached these terms;

b. The entry is fraudulent, incomplete or generated automatically;

c. The entrant has used multiple accounts to exceed the entry limit;

d. A Story share has been altered, fabricated or cannot be verified; or

e. The entrant has acted in a way that undermines the fair administration of the giveaway.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, KAI will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical failures, platform outages, network problems or privacy settings.

KAI is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by KAI’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

15. Changes or cancellation

If circumstances outside KAI’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, KAI may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway.

Any changes will be made only where reasonably necessary and will seek to avoid unfairly disadvantaging entrants.

16. Platform disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Apple, Canon, RIMOWA, Louis Vuitton, Maison Margiela, Dior, Gentle Monster, Topicals, Brinker + Eliza, Miu Miu, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Le Luxe, Oura or Rhode.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and TikTok have no responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway.

Entrants must also comply with the applicable terms and community guidelines of Instagram and TikTok.

17. General

KAI’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without depriving entrants of any mandatory rights they may have under the laws of their country of residence.
